pleasant stay with pool access
helpful staff clean room sea view convenient location
the staff was helpful especially ester i found the room to be clean and the pool offered a relaxing view my room also had a sea view which was a nice surprise shops were conveniently located nearby. the elevators made access easy and the air conditioning was very welcome

dirty sofa inconvenient absence
The location allows easy access to food and entertainment (which is beneficial for exploring). Esther provided very good service and addressed all my needs.
I found the absence of a hairdryer and iron in the apartment inconvenient. To get these items, I had to request them at reception. Cleanliness was also a problem. The sofa had many stains.

kind staff helpful staff working elevators central location
the reception staff were very kind and helpful! the elevators worked well. shops were nearby. the hotel is within a short walk to the town center. i appreciated the air conditioning.
the television in my room was small.

superb pool area helpful staff convenient location
The pool area was superb. It provided a relaxing environment! the staff was very helpful and courteous throughout my stay. i found the location convenient with easy access to nearby amenities, though the surrounding streets were narrow.
